Shriya Kannan

Shriya is a Registered Behavior Technician with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of California, Davis. 

Shriya has been an RBT for three years, and has primarily worked with children from 2-10, though she has experience with teenagers as well. She has gained a wide array of diverse experiences with all levels on the Autism spectrum, and is extremely passionate about mental health. Shriya especially enjoys early intervention play based therapy, as she finds children to be very responsive to learning in a naturalistic setting. As someone who is empathetic and outgoing, Shriya finds it fun to relate to the children. Shriya finds it very rewarding to problem solve using the unique skills of ABA, and to create a rapport with the children.

In her free time, Shriya loves to spend time with her family and friends, and explore new places. She also likes to draw, listen to music, watch sitcoms, and read thrillers.
