Katie Allen, M.A., BCBA
Katie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience providing behavioral services to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in early intervention, severe problem behavior, social skills, self-management, behavior management, and parent training.
Katie is dedicated to developing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and other providers. Her focus is on decreasing challenging behaviors and increasing independence in communication, social, and self-help skills, always delivered with compassionate care.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, East Bay, and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Katie is committed to advancing the field, having presented her research on self-management strategies for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys family time, hiking, swimming, traveling, concerts, and playing with her three children.
