Aaina Dogra

Aaina earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Biotechnology from Santa Clara University, with an emphasis in research on ASD and ADHD. She is a licensed EMT and has worked as a medical assistant in both urgent care and hospital critical care settings for several years, accumulating experience in acute level care, clinical management, and patient advocacy. 

Her love for the field of medicine and neuroscience sprung from working with neurodivergent children and young adults in volunteer, community, and research roles for almost a decade, which has reinforced her passion for working closely with patients and families to build meaningful connections and ensure they feel heard and supported in every step of their care journey. 

Outside of work, Aaina enjoys exploring visual storytelling through photography, bird watching and hiking through California, attending live music events, reading, and learning floral arrangement.
