Ashley Chang
Ashley Chang is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During her academic journey, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities. While she has worked with people of all ages, her primary expertise lies in early intervention and elementary ages.
With over five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Ashley is passionate about expanding her expertise and exploring innovative approaches to behavioral and developmental therapy. She thrives in collaborative environments where she can help children reach the best of their abilities, always making sure to emphasize the value of adapting around and celebrating each child’s unique strengths and interests.
Dedicated to building a long-term career in behavioral psychology, Ashley focuses on child development and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in behavioral analysis and social work. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys photography, engaging in art projects, and spending quality time with friends, bonding over music and film.
